Request a primary care service today to provide your child with the comprehensive care they deserve. The initial appointment fee is $100 and counts towards the first month if a membership is desired. Memberships require a 6 month commitment. Vaccines will not be provided at this clinic however they are available through a traditional clinic or the county health department for free.
