This plan is intended to fully assess an athlete's nutrition, metabolism, protein utilization, stress levels, toxin exposures, and digestive health. The initial test is included in the first appointment and does not require a lab draw! The results will be used to guide an athlete to reach optimal health, therefore improving performance and decreasing risk for injury. The plan is month to month after the first month depending on needs.
